The components lie in the layered formulation applied on a spherical solid support. Pellets with the active components are assembled into a single complex in the hard gelatin shell. Content of 1 capsule (0.6g) : Vitamin C – 30mg, magnesium sulfate – 30mg, iron sulfate – 12mg, cysteine – 10mg, zinc sulfate – 10mg, P-amino benzoic acid – 1mg, copper sulfate – 1mg ,Vitamin B2 – 0.5mg, Vitamin B6 – 0.5mg ,Vitamin B1 – 0.3mg, Folic Acid – 0.10mg, Vitamin B12 – 0.001 mg .
Instructions for use (dosage): Adults should take 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals.
The use of recommended dosage ( 2 capsules) provides the supply of: Vitamin C – 60mg – 86% ,Vitamin B1 – 0.6 mg – 40%, Vitamin B2 – 1 mg – 55%, Vitamin B6 – 1mg – 50% ,Vitamin B12 – 0.002mg – 67% , Iron – 8.8 mg – 63%, Zinc – 8 mg – 53% ,Cu – 0.8 mg – 40% of the daily requirement.
